MangaTrans provides AI OCR and translation tools for images supplied by users. By using MangaTrans, you agree to these terms.

Service Scope

MangaTrans is a translation utility. It does not host manga libraries, offer manga search, provide chapter downloads, or direct users to unauthorized sources. The first release supports single-image translation previews and credit-based billing.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the images you upload and the way you use translated output. You represent that you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have the right to process any uploaded image. You may not use MangaTrans to infringe copyright, violate privacy, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful material, or misuse the service.

Credits and Payments

MangaTrans may charge credits for AI translation tasks. The default MVP cost is 1 page credit per image, though the live cost may be adjusted in admin settings. Credits, subscriptions, refunds, and payment handling are subject to the terms shown at checkout and the policies of the selected payment provider.

AI Output

AI OCR and translation may be inaccurate, incomplete, or formatted imperfectly. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or sharing it.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights you already hold in your uploaded content. MangaTrans and its underlying software, design, workflows, and brand remain the property of MangaTrans or its licensors. This private codebase is based on a licensed SaaS boilerplate and must not be publicly distributed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user violates these terms, abuses the service, creates risk, or uses MangaTrans unlawfully.
